Description

EasyCall is a web call center that allows you to buy a phone number from any country in the world, receive calls, and make outbound calls.

You can also create a click-to-call widget that will allow your customers to contact you directly from their browser. You can add multiple agents and departments, set up operating hours, and forward calls to your personal number if you prefer.

The integration with Gorgias will allow you to automatically create a ticket when a call is starting, and automatically tag it based on triggers such as:
- Unanswered call
- Answered call
- Recording available
- Voicemail available ... and more! 

You can also automatically assign those tickets to the agent who answered them by syncing EasyCall agents with Gorgias agents.
