Big fan of Gorgias after shifting from ZenDesk. We felt like ZenDesk was a bit of overkill for us - being such a large, enterprise solution - we weren't using enough of it to really warrant it. Gorgias looks and feels like Shopify, and to be honest, has what feels to be a superior integration with both Shopify and other elements, like Smile Loyalty etc, that we use regularly.

Gorgias has a killer workflow / interface for these things, compared to Zendesk and other systems. Even at a higher price point, the efficiencies on your CS team will end up saving a lot of time as you scale. Run the numbers based on average handle time etc., and multiply that out against your ticket volume, and multiply by your CS average hourly rate... that will sell you on the higher price point ; )

Why did we launch
this program?

Your team has enough to worry about with turbulent sales volumes and unpredictable shipping. Front-line support agents  have their hands full with Chad and Karen. The last thing you need is one of your VIP customers having a painful one-star support experience because your helpdesk contract expired after BFCM.

The goal of this buyout is to help you keep offering your customers exceptional support experiences, even if you're still under contract until after BFCM. What do I need to qualify for this buy-out?
In order to qualify for a contract buy-out, we need you to provide proof of your current contract end date. 
How does it work?
To help you make every customer support experience exceptional, we will give you free access to Gorgias until your current contract runs out.
What if I have more than 12 months on my existing contract?
Our sales team will evaluate these on a case by case basis.
Do I need to pay anything?
All that we ask is you pay for your first month of Gorigas via credit card. This will let us pause your account.
Do I need to pay for onboarding?
All you need to pay for is your first month of service.
Do I need to sign a contract with Gorgias?
No, that wouldn't be in the spirt of this program. We want to help you support your shoppers, not handcuff you.
