Subrise Subscriptions

Subrise Subscriptions is a Shopify subscription management platform. This integration brings your customers' subscription data and controls directly into Gorgias.

When a customer reaches out, agents see every subscription next to the ticket: status, products, price, billing frequency, next billing

date, and order history, pulled live from Subrise. Agents can skip the next order, pause, resume, or

cancel a subscription (with a required cancellation reason), or send the customer a secure link to their self-service portal, all without

leaving the ticket. Every action is logged to the ticket conversation and attributed to the agent in

Subrise's activity log, with built-in protection against accidental double-clicks.

Setup takes one click: connect from Subrise settings or install from the Gorgias App Store, approve the OAuth consent, and the

widget provisions itself. No API keys, no manual configuration.
