Ask in plain language
Automation rate, handovers, a Skill that stopped matching. Ask the way you’d ask your ops lead.
It finds what's holding your AI Agent back, drafts the fix, and ships on your approval.

Brief Gaia like you’d brief a new ops hire. It checks your ticket history, tells you what AI Agent can handle now and what needs more from you, and drafts the Skills when you ask.

“Review my existing AI Agent skills and draft improved versions that reduce handovers.”
Optimization“Review my tickets and guide me through setting up AI Agent.”
Setup“Review my current AI Agent skills and suggest improvements.”
Audit“Analyze my AI Agent performance metrics and tell me what's dragging automation down.”
Analytics“Resolve conflicts across my macros, knowledge base, and skills.”

Setting up Gaia was already a conversation. Now running it is too.
Write what you want to know the way you’d say it:
Pick daily or weekly. Gaia runs it on schedule and has the answer waiting for you in Gorgias. Start from a template or write your own.
Why are refunds slow this week?
Refund tickets are up 38% since Monday. Let me check what changed.
What is causing it?
Most of the delay comes from orders paid with Klarna. The provider added a manual review step on Sep 10, which holds refunds for 3 to 5 days before they clear. 41 of the 52 open refund tickets fit this pattern. The rest are standard exchanges still inside the normal window.
Any messages you add after sharing stay private.
Worked something out with Gaia? Copy the link. Your teammate sees the full conversation: what you asked, what Gaia checked, and what it found. The link stays read-only and inside your account. Your team learns what a good question looks like by reading one.
Gaia is open to every role, with the same permissions each person already has in Gorgias. Agents can summarize a ticket, look up a customer, or draft a reply without leaving the conversation.

“Gaia completely transformed how we manage our knowledge base. We had it audit our existing content. It flagged duplications and identified missing information. Within minutes it generated a detailed, ready to use draft. All I had to do was review, test, and click publish.”
Gaia will read every conversation, low-CSAT thread, and churn signal to surface what your customers are actually telling you.
Gaia will surface gaps across your AI Agent and your entire helpdesk, before they cost you.
Gaia is an AI coaching engine that continuously improves your AI Agent. Unlike a copilot, which helps a human complete tasks in real time, Gaia coaches the AI itself. It proactively analyzes conversations, identifies automation opportunities, recommends or creates new Skills and Actions, and helps optimize your AI Agent based on real performance. In short, a copilot helps people do the work, while Gaia helps your AI Agent do the work better over time.
Gaia is free during our Open Beta. You'll have full access to its coaching capabilities at no additional cost while we continue expanding its features and gathering customer feedback. Pricing after the Open Beta will be announced at a later date.
No.
Gaia recommends improvements and can generate Skills or other optimizations for you, but you stay in control of what gets published.
Gaia analyzes your AI Agent's setup and performance, including customer conversations, skills, knowledge, and available Actions, to identify where automation can be improved. It looks for recurring requests, unnecessary escalations, knowledge gaps, and opportunities to make your AI Agent more consistent, then recommends or generates improvements based on those insights.
