Richpanel does not offer conversational AI in email or chat, pre-built AI Actions, AI features across all plans, a dedicated AI implementation team, or transparent usage-based AI pricing. Gorgias includes all of these.
Both platforms integrate with Recharge, Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, Smile.io, and Loop Returns. Gorgias also integrates with NetSuite. Richpanel does not.
Both platforms let agents customize the sidebar with customer data, perform actions in the ticket view, and let customers track orders. Gorgias goes further by letting agents embed customer data and actions in canned responses, use Shopify variables in automation rules, let their AI Agent update Shopify directly, run pre-sales conversations with discount codes, stock levels, and product links, and drive revenue with campaigns targeted using Shopify data. Richpanel does not offer these capabilities.
Both platforms offer basic KPIs like FRT and CSAT, revenue generated from support, and ticket intent trends. Gorgias also includes SLAs, custom ticket fields, average handle time, and custom reporting. Richpanel does not offer these four capabilities.

Gorgias starts at $10/month and charges per ticket with unlimited users included. Richpanel does not publish AI pricing, per-resolution rates, or details on unlimited users.
Both platforms include a Help Center, Contact Form, interactive scripted automations on your website, and Order Management portals on your website. Gorgias also lets you generate help center articles from past tickets using AI. Richpanel does not offer this feature.
