We founded Gorgias in Paris in 2015 with a vision to revolutionize customer support. Our journey began with a simple Chrome extension designed to help users write emails faster with automation. However, we discovered an unexpected market fit when we realized that most of our users were support agents. This discovery enabled us to shift our focus toward building a one-of-a-kind helpdesk.
With the help of investors, accelerators, and mentors, Gorgias has quickly grown to more than 250 team members across the globe. Today, we serve over 12,000 merchants, including renowned brands like Steve Madden, Glossier, and BruMate.
