To join the Gorgias Ambassador Program, you must be a Gorgias user with a passion for customer experience. You’ll need an email, LinkedIn profile, access to a Shopify store, and a willingness to share your knowledge and expertise.
Ambassadors create a variety of content, including testimonials, social media posts, and success stories that highlight their experience with Gorgias and the CX community at large. Ambassadors can choose the format and style that best fits their voice: from YouTube tutorials and short-form videos to storytelling through blog posts, graphics, or podcasts. We want Ambassadors to express their creativity as authentically as they can, whatever that may look like.
