Import your support inbox from Gmail or G Suite to respond to customers from your email address within the Gorgias helpdesk. The two will mirror each other, so if you send an email in Gmail, you'll see it Gorgias, and vice versa.

You'll also be able to: 

  • Tag Gorgias tickets with Gmail categories (Social, Promotions, Updates, Forums)
  • Tag emails with Gorgias tags for insights across channels
  • Customize email signatures with agent information (First name, Last name, Full name, Email, Bio)
  • Choose whether you want to import emails sent to spam
