Connecting Postscript to Gorgias allow you to:
- Create SMS tickets inside Gorgias
- Respond to the tickets in the Gorgias interface. The answers will be sent out via the same SMS number that the initial message came through.
When the ticket is closed in Gorgias, the ticket history is removed from Postscript, and any future responses from the customer will create a new ticket in Gorgias.
