Overview

Aircall allows you to receive and place phone calls. In a few clicks, the Aircall + Gorgias integration ensures all relevant call information will be fully synced to a Gorgias ticket. This includes customer information, a link to voice recordings and voicemails, and the agent assigned to the call.

This integration allows you to: 

  • Sync call logs to Gorgias
