Description

The integration will allow displaying information in Gorgias dashboard from the rewards program.  Moreover, it will allow you to check reviews and asked questions in order to provide better customer support and proactively earn customer loyalty.

Use cases: 

  • Getting your customer reviews and questions in your helpdesk and offering your customers quick support and aid with solving their issues from one place.
  • Monitoring customers' number of points, VIP Tier status, and how many referrals the customer has.
  • Checking the last review left by the user. Improving a process of interaction and communication with your customers.
