Description

Integrate Justcall with Gorgias to connect with your customer directly over call and SMS from your help desk. Agents can call and text their customers directly with a click-to-call or click-to-text button, and they'll be able to receive calls, track missed calls, and listen to voicemails and call recordings.

With our integration, you'' be able to effortlessly: 

  1. Make calls from Gorgias: Call your customers directly from Gorgias using click-to-call buttons next to phone numbers.
  2. Send texts from Gorgias: With our click-to-text links against every phone number, you can send a message to your customer directly from Gorgias.
  3. Always know who's calling: Personalize your conversation using the Gorgias badge on the dialer to access all previous interactions (texts, calls, notes, etc.).
  4. Track all your calling and texting activities on Gorgias: JustCall creates tickets on your Gorgias account for every call you make or receive. Similarly, tickets are created for inbound and outbound text messages.
  5. Access call recordings and voicemails: Listen to call recordings and voicemails in Gorgias.
