Setting up Shopping Assistant takes just a few simple steps, and once it’s live, it works around the clock to help convert shoppers without adding headcount. Here’s how to get it up and running:
- Add Chat on your store’s website. Make sure your Gorgias live chat widget is live on your site so shoppers can interact with Shopping Assistant.
- Onboard AI Agent with brand-specific knowledge. Give AI Agent the information it needs to sell effectively. While it pulls info from your Shopify product catalog and website in real time, you can also upload custom Guidance, policies, PDPs, sales playbooks, and other resources.
- Review your brand's sales best practices. Ensure AI Agent knows how you operate by reviewing your tone of voice and handover topics.
